Stretch Breaks: Incorporate brief stretching sessions into your daily routine to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Whether you're sitting at a desk or standing for long periods, taking a minute to stretch your muscles can help prevent stiffness and improve circulation.
Digital Detox: Designate a specific time each day to disconnect from electronic devices and engage in analog activities that bring you joy, such as reading a book, going for a walk, or enjoying a cup of tea. This break from screens can help reduce stress and increase mindfulness.
